On May 12th, I first heard the words ‘breast cancer’ in my biopsy result. I felt fear, shock, and uncertainty.

Today, I realise this is not the end of my life. Instead, it is the beginning of a stronger, deeper, and more precious life. I asked myself: Why feel afraid, sad, or isolated?
